25 Minute "Get Unstuck" Clearing Session

To prepare, come with 1-3 CLEAR problem statements, such as "I was enraged when my boss dumped more work on me again" or "I feel pushed around and bullied by my kids." We will do as many as we have time for.

Please leave your analysis at home. This is not an intellectual process. Thinking about answers, trying to "get it right" or understand the process only slows things down because we're accessing Shadow material and the intellect doesn't have the answers.

If this is a complex trauma issue, it won't release in a single session because it's built upon a lifetime of conditioning. We may be able to chip away at it and loosen it, but the issue won't be gone. I can't know ahead of time whether this applies to your issue, but some common examples are: perfectionism, impostor syndrome, overthinking, decision paralysis, fear of abandonment. I cannot guarantee that we can release your trigger in a single session. We work at the pace of your body.

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR SESSION

Let your body do what it's doing and feel what it's feeling so the block can release. Follow my lead. If you have to explain all the details of your situation, I am happy to listen but it will slow things down and take up precious time. You may wish to do that with a friend for free ahead of time. I don't need to know the details.

This is a virtual session. I will be in touch after you pay to coordinate schedules and set up a mutually convenient time to meet.

If this is your first session, I recommend booking 50 minutes. It's a quick process, but you may need time to ease into it and feel comfortable with the process as it's very different. If you have done this before with Taaj, a 25 minute session may be all you need.
